West Lake Hills

Immediately across Lake Austin to the west of central Austin are the incorporated towns of West Lake Hills and Rollingwood. Known for large hilly lots over 1 acre offering privacy, views, and many waterfront estates, the area is in Eanes ISD, one of the most highly rated school systems in the state.  There are a few smaller lot subdivisions on the edge of "Westlake" from the 600's but most homes carry higher price tags than that and can top $10 million for the most desirable estates and waterfront homes.  Neighborhoods include Davenport Ranch, Rob Roy, Bee Cave Woods, Westview, Austin Country Club.
